Charred sweetcorn, edamame, pickled red cabbage, soft egg
Crisp tofu in chilli oil, cucumber, spring onion, sesame
Roast squash, black rice, toasted seeds, yuzu dressing
The board changes on a Monday. The price does not, until the set comes off on 30 September.
THE BOWL, AS IT COMES
It is a big bowl. Nobody has ever asked for a second one, and two people have asked for a box to take half of it home, which we now hand over without being asked.
