STARTS MONDAY 6 OCTOBER
Minh spent four years running support for a software company whose customers he never met, and eighteen months before that behind a bar, which he says was better training.
Member support here has been split between five of us and owned by none of us. From October it is one person's job, and that person is Minh.
If you have emailed the desk in the last year and waited two days for an answer, that is the thing he has been hired to fix.
I have spent four years apologising to people I could not see. The reason I wanted this one is that the members are in the building.
