A CHANGE TO YOUR PLAN · EFFECTIVE 1 NOVEMBER 2026
The Team plan goes up by £4 a month.
Your first invoice dated on or after 1 November will be £34 a user instead of £30. The seats, the limits and the support you have now all stay exactly as they are.

Why
We have not changed the price since 2021. Since then the hosting bill has gone up by roughly a fifth and we have put two more people on support, which is the part of Northward you are most likely to need at seven in the morning. We would rather raise the price once, by four pounds, and tell you why, than quietly take things out of the plan and hope nobody counts them.
What you can do

Nothing. Your next invoice after 1 November is simply higher.

Switch to annual billing before 31 October and pay a further twelve months at £300.

Or close the account in Settings. We will export everything for you and refund the days you have not used.
