Hello friend. Marlow is four people and a cutting table, and we would rather explain how this works now than have you wonder in three weeks. There are only three things.
Everything is cut after you buy it.
Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for you. Your set is made in a workshop in Guimarães in the order it came in, which takes about two weeks, and you get a message the morning it leaves.
It gets better for about a year.
Washed linen keeps loosening long after you think it has finished. The first month is the stiffest it will ever be. Wash it hot the first time and then stop worrying about it.
Sixty nights to decide.
Sleep on it for two months. If it is not right, we arrange the collection and refund you, and the set goes to a shelter in Porto rather than back into stock.
We write once a month, usually about something we have changed and occasionally about why we could not. If that is more mail than you wanted, the link below is honest.
