The three things below are the whole of the setup, and together they take about ten minutes. Nothing else is waiting for you and there is no trial clock running.

Connect a source
Point Northward at a warehouse, a spreadsheet or a Stripe account. Read access is enough and we never write anything back, which is worth telling whoever owns the credentials.

Choose the numbers you care about
Up to twelve. Pick the ones someone would ask you about in a meeting, not the ones that are easy to measure. Changing them later does not lose the history behind them.

Say who gets the Monday email
Invite the people who need the summary and leave everyone else out of it. Anyone you add can see the same numbers you can, so add finance last.
Do step one and the rest follows from it. Most accounts are finished in under fifteen minutes.
If step one stalls it is almost always a permission scope. Reply to this email with the name of the source and we can usually tell you which one inside a minute.
